Anand Mutalik, CEO & Founder
Anand Mutalik is the CEO and Founder of Agathsya Technologies.Mr. Mutalik is a serial entrepreneur and has over 35 years of experience in the software industry. He co-founded Kshema Technologies and has served as the COO of Mphasis. He has also served as the VP of Global Edge and CEO & MD of Code Theatre. During his tenure, he has been responsible for managing large teams and has also been involved in over 10 successful mergers and acquisitions. He also serves on the board of various companies as an advisor and has extensive experience in consulting with startups as well. In his free time, Mr. Mutalik enjoys cooking, listening to Hindustani music and reading.
Sharada Mutalik- Director, HR & Admin
Sharada Mutalik is the Director of Agathsya Technologies. Mrs. Mutalik has over 15 years of experience in teaching and administration. She is passionate about becoming an entrepreneur and right now is supporting Mr. Mutalik in building a new age technology company. She is currently managing all the administrative, finance and HR activities at Agathsya Technologies. In her free time Mrs. Mutalik enjoys listening to western retro music and reading.
Pralhad Patil, COO
Pralhad Patil has been serving as the COO of Agathsya Technologies since 2017. He holds a Post Graduate in Computer Science engineering and has rich experience of nearly three and a half decades in Product Design, Development & Maintenance, Global Software Service Delivery in the IT industry, ODC setup (Onsite +offshore Models), Program Management and Quality Management. He also has expertise in handling Hardware Design, Development and Manufacturing. Mr. Patil is extremely passionate about Quality Management Systems and has extensive experience systems like ISO 9001:2015,IEC 61508,ISMS, BCP, DR.
Vishwanath S Honnungar, Senior Vice Presdient
Vishwanath has over 29 years of experience in the IT industry in various capacities ranging
from entrepreneur to a technocrat. He has successfully managed software / product development projects
with Technology Leadership/Mentorship. His expertise also includes generating more business through
pre-sales and post-sales activities in addition to handling Delivery and Operations.
Bearing excellent interpersonal skills has Vishwanath to climb the corporate ladder from being
a Developer, a Project Manager to the Director level. He believes in focusing on building
strong relationships among all the stakeholders and always works toward customer satisfaction.

With an initial stint as a trainee in National Informatics Centre he has worked as Lecturer cum Manager-C-DAC Authorized Centre in Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering . He started his IT career with Kshema Technologies (Now Mphasis) where he has successfully implemented many training programs, Proof Concepts and built ODC teams. He was the first trainer to complete the Symbian certification to become the only authorized Symbian OS trainer in India. As a trainer for technical skills, he has trained over 9000 professionals on various technologies .He was identified as one of the top four professionals in the world by Nokia, after he was conferred with NOKIA certification, to consult for IIIT-B & for all IITs. He established EDS Learning and Leadership academy in
Mangalore and won many accolades that included one from the chairman of Mphasis.He was instrumental in establishing India’s first of its kind Telemedicine Solution in the state of Bihar. Before joining Agthsya Technologies, he has worked with KTwo Technology Solutions and SourceEdge Software Technologies. Currently he is the Vice-President in Agathsya responsible for technology sphere and delivery of projects. He has managed over 100+ customers and more than 200+ projects in the last decade. Swathi Mutalik-Director, PMO & Quality
Swathi Mutalik has been serving as the Director of Agathsya Technologies since 2017. She has over six years of experience in Marketing Communications and Public Relations. She has worked with several noted global clients in the space of public relations. Armed with a degree in Computer Science and Business Administration, Swathi has now taken on the role of learning to run a company. In her free time, Swathi enjoys dancing, Zumba, reading and most importantly entertaining her daughter!
Jayanth Nag, Project Manager
An accomplished Project Manager with extensive experience in IT industry. Jayanth has over 9+ years of experience in Project Management and 8+ years of experience in Software Development. He has worked with a wide range of clients based in Japan and USA. He has also achieved a level 3 Japanese Language Proficiency Certificate awarded by the Government of Japan.
He has worked across verticals ranging from .net, mobile, web development and cloud technologies. With a keen interest to learn new things he has had the opportunity to learn, manage and deliver Networking application and Orchestration solution within the SDN / Cloud domain.
